Wednesday food diary

Wednesday 8 January

Breakfast - toast with butter. 3.5 syns and healthy extra b
Lunch - 2 plums stick celery yoghurt
Dinner- shepherd's pie with sweet potato mash broccoli and cauliflower. 


Poorly baby means I didn't get it layered so sweet potato mash on bottom.
For my mince I used extra lean lamb mince. Browned in a frying pan and drained off any fat. Added onion leek veg stock cube half pint water carrots courgette and mushroom. Transferred  to an oven dish and cooked on 140 for about 3 hours stirring occasionally. 
Boiled sweet potatoes mashed and added steamed veg all totally free. 

Being a breastfeeding mum I still have up to 5 healthy extras left to enjoy today and syns to play with :)

Tuesday 7 January food diary

Breakfast - yoghurt and an apple
Lunch - homemade chicken broth (chicken veg barley lentils)
Dinner - bacon poached eggs mushroom onion cherry tomatoes with sausage (my weigh in treat)

Its been a long time since I blogged and so much has happened. So here I am back again. I now have a 3 month old baby boy and I'm back on the slimming world wagon. I have a lot of weight to lose still and my babies christening in just 6 weeks. So can I lose a stone and a half by then?  Im going to try. I'm going to write down everything and back to basics cooking like my nan.
Batch cooking weighing food and exercise. I have motivation and 2 beautiful boys that I want to see grow up.
